To become a TIPQC member, please follow the steps listed below:
- For an individual, download the Individual TIPQC Membership Application. Please complete, sign and return to the TIPQC office.
- For an institution, download the Institution TIPQC Membership Application. Please complete, sign and return to the TIPQC office.
