Park in the Hospital Parking Garage. The entrance is off Central Avenue between Blackford Street and East 3rd Street. Take the Children's Hospital Parking Elevator to the First Floor. Get off the elevator and turn right. Go through the sliding glass doors and follow the hallway straight to the Children's Registration Area. Turn to the right and you will see a hallway to the Massoud Building. Go the elevators and turn left. Go through the double doors. Massoud 140 will be on your right.

Learning Objectives
After participating in this CME activity, participants should be able to describe and discuss:
- the opportunities and barriers to improving the perinatal health care system around specific statewide initiatives addressing reductions in hospital acquired infection, improving the use of human milk in infant nutrition, reducing elective deliveries before 39 weeks gestation, maternal mortality, neonatal abstinence syndrome management, NICU follow up, and/or gaps in early detection of critical congenital heart disease
- the challenges and opportunities currently in their system/organization that supports or impedes change initiatives and begin to understand how the design and execution of improvement projects can increase the potential for success in their system/organization
- the “how to” of creating teams, selecting projects, designing measures, and applying the results of analysis to guide changes in practice. (PDSA cycles with SPC data analysis)
